By using Amber Health services, you agree to the following:

Scope of Service:

• Basic: Online consultation and advice.
• Pro: Basic + lab review and written interpretation.
• VIP: Pro + in-person/home visit (Lekki, Lagos only).
• Services do not replace emergency medical care.

Service Expectations:

• Consultations are based on the information you provide.
• Amber Health does not guarantee diagnosis, outcomes, or treatment results.

Payment & Refunds:

• Fees are non-refundable once the service starts.
• Fees must be paid before consultation.
• Missed appointments without notice are treated as completed for billing purposes.

Geographic & Legal Limits:

• VIP services are limited to Lagos State for now.
• Remote consultations are limited to clients legally residing in Nigeria.
